Hi there! I’m here today because my husband, Dan, who was a nice Jewish lawyer and a skeptical scientist, died in my arms, and then “came back” from the In Between and connected with me – both emotionally and physically, and yes! Sexually.

My book, Love From Both Sides – A True Story of Soul Survival and Sacred Sexuality tells the story of a soul-connected love. But it’s actually a cautionary tale, because it tells what happens if one of the “soul-mates” in a relationship betrays the “agreements” made in the In Between.

My husband actually betrayed our “soul agreements,” and as a direct result of his betrayal, he died. Yes. He died. Now that’s not something I usually admit outright, but that’s the absolute truth. And that’s why he had to “come back.” He had to come back to apologize for not appreciating our life together more.

The book slaps you upside the head, and gets you to focus on the joy of living now. Fortunately, Dan had a great sense of humor, so Love From Both Sides is actually quite funny! And in reading it you will see that death is nothing to be afraid of. However, living a life that is not authentic and filled with joy, is what you should fear!

Past Life Regressions

I’m a hypnotherapist and I do Past Life Regressions. I trained with the wonderful psychiatrist, Brian Weiss, MD., who, like my husband, was a skeptic, but his experience changed his life. Many Lives, Many Masters, tells the story of his regressing a patient to find the origin of a phobia, and poof! He wound up 3000 years ago in Egypt.

In my own practice, I’ve helped many people understand “problematic” relationships and heal old wounds.

How does it work?

First, I put clients in a state of focused relaxation and then encourage them to find a pleasant childhood memory. That gives them an idea of how their own brain “sees” a memory because every brain is different. Then once they are comfortable, I ask if it’s okay to go to their birth experience. Many people remember being born, and it’s interesting for them to see it from this perspective.

Then, I give some more deepening suggestions, and from there – it all depends on the individual person – we find answers to the questions they want answered. No two people are the same, and so no two experiences are even similar.

A recent adventure into a Past Life

The other day, I got a phone message from a woman saying she needed an “Emergency Past Life Regression.” I thought, “Okay. This is a first!” But I talked to her and discovered that she had fallen head over heels in love with a handsome New York lawyer and now she felt crazy. She needed help and she needed it now.

Susan’s an attractive newly divorced woman of 53, who lives in Los Angeles. She’d met Trevor because she’d seen his picture at a friend’s house, and she knew she had to meet him! So she emailed him and before she knew it, she was in New York, where they had four fabulous, sexually explosive days. Trevor and Susan were so connected, they couldn’t keep apart. She came home to LA, and then Trevor flipped out – totally.

He said he wasn’t ready for this kind of relationship, and that he couldn’t do this now. It was too emotional. And that’s why she called me.

I led her back to a time in the early 1900s, in Boston. She saw herself as an extremely rich young woman, waiting on a park bench for her boyfriend. And she smiled, and said, “Oh, it’s Trevor! He’s a soda jerk – he’s wearing a funny stripped shirt.” She started to cry. “Oh, I feel so happy just to have him near me!” Then through a series of “going forward in time” suggestions, she saw her former life open up to her.

She saw her wonderfully protective parents who loved her, but told her that Trevor could never be a part their world, because he wasn’t of her class. And, because of that, they were going send her away to school.

And then, she saw herself older, newly graduated from college, with her Harvard lawyer soon-to-be husband in tow. Then, when she was about to be married, she saw herself at the top of a stairway dressed in white, she said, “I don’t want to do this! I still love Trevor! Why am I doing this? For my parents? For this town?” But she married the lawyer anyway, and had a very boring but good life with him.

She was “club lady,” who did volunteer work, but never loved like that again. Then one day, when she was in her 60s, now a grandmother in that lifetime, Trevor, who was now a widower, came to her house, flowers in hand. He’d become wildly successful as an ice cream manufacturer. She sat with him, and she said, “Oh, I feel as if someone has just watered my withered heart! I still love him so much!”

He wanted her to come away with him, but out of propriety, once again she didn’t follow her heart, she stayed in a marriage that was dead, and did as she was expected. And so when she died in that lifetime, I asked Susan what she needed to learn from that lifetime. “To follow my heart!”

Now you might wonder what happened? How did that help her? I advised her to just let Trevor come around. That the experience probably scared him (men scare so easily ; ^)) and to just send him love. But for her not to expect anything. And so she was able to understand the powerful emotions, and eventually, everything worked out very well.

Many of the relationships in your present lifetime, you’ve had before. Just honor and love who you love. And do it now! Don’t wait until the next lifetime, okay?

Reincarnation and soul mate

Before entering the physical world souls organize themselves as families, groups, tribes, nations and great nations. There are seven souls in a family, seven families in a group, seven groups in a tribe and so on.

Eventually you’ll work with most of your tribe members (343 souls). However some of us (usually the teachers) will work with the nation or even the great nation (16,807 souls).

Most of the close relationships will be with souls from your group (49 souls). Each group strives for a certain cause. The cause can be courage, healing, communication and teaching, self acceptance and so on. It doesn’t mean that each soul will have the same life, but it does mean that the souls will have similar ideals and ambitions.

The soul family will work together for many life times. Each soul family will help you decide about future life times and help evaluate your accomplishments at the passed life time.

A soul mate is a soul that belongs to one of the groups(family,tribe,group, etc) and every soul that affects you. The overall influence of the soul mate on your life will always be positive even if you can’t see it.

The relationship with a soul mate will probably be challenging. That’s because every appearance of a soul mate in your life is to show you yourself, they serve as a mirror. That’s the purpose of every human relationship.

The law of attraction works in every area of our life. Every person that is present in your life is attracted to you because your vibrations match. Before every life time we make agreements with many souls. We discuss what we can offer each other.

These souls can be your father, best friend or even an enemy. For instance John has dealt with helplessness for many life times. His struggle lead him to use violence and even substance abuse. Mary on the other hand didn’t appreciate herself and always gave her power to others.

Mary and John decided to fall in love and work together to solve their problems. Because of her relationship with an alcoholic Mary will learn that she has to start making decisions that reflect her true value. John will learn that he can’t control other people because true power comes from within.

However Mary experienced many challenges in her life and eventually started to appreciate herself. In this time her vibrations changed and so she doesn’t need to meet John anymore. Maybe she’ll meet him but she won’t have an intimate relationship with him.

Forgiveness

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. — Mahatma Gandhi

At first glance what I wrote doesn’t seem related to forgiveness. However when you understand that every “negative” event in your life happened because of your vibrations (thoughts,emotions) and that every person that hurt you really did you a favor, then you understand that you don’t need to forgive anyone because they helped you achieve what you wanted.

I’m not saying that the people that hurt you did it on purpose to help you. They didn’t know they were helping you just as you didn’t know you were helping them. If you’re still not convinced I’m gonna give you two more reasons to forgive others:

1 It will improve your health because anger that stays in your body poisons it. It leads to all kind of diseases including cancer, blood problems and it can even lead to a heart condition.

2 When you decide that someone “hurts” you, you’re resisting him and therefore focusing your attention on him. The universe responds to attention. It will bring you more of the things you’re focusing on, meaning more pain. To change that you’ll need to forgive him and focus on something positive.

Some believe that it is difficult to forgive. However If you really think about it, it is difficult to stay angry for a long time because after a while you have to remind yourself why you’re angry. It requires constant energy whereas forgiving is much easier. It doesn’t mean you’ll have to forget what happened it just means that you won’t feel hurt or angry.

There is prayer that can help you forgive:

“With love and appreciation I forgive X and accept him the way god created him. I ask X forgiveness for all the negative thoughts and emotions I had towards him. With love and appreciation x forgives me.”

Replace X with the name of the person that hurt you. Say the prayer repeatedly while thinking about the people that hurt you and their actions.

Are you feeling lucky?

When people achieve success some say that they are lucky, on the other hand if they fail or experience “negative” situations some say that they are misfortunate.
However in both cases luck has nothing to do with it. To say that they are lucky or unlucky is to rob them of their power, make them a hapless victim that depends on the circumstances.

In my previous post I wrote about the electromagnetic field around us that some call the aura. According to the Wikipedia definition It affects the behavior of charged objects in the vicinity of the field and extends indefinitely throughout space.

The matrix

Our thoughts are pure energy they can even be measured with the right equipment. This energy extends indefinitely throughout space and affects everything around it. The energy vibrates at different speeds depending on your thoughts,words,feelings and actions. Everyone contributes to this energy and so the space between us is full of it

A complex matrix that contains all the energys is created. This matrix is the combined energy field that we live in and it affects everything including everyone that created it. Every new energy that is sent influences the field which influences the people that sent the energy and it goes like this forever. This is easily demonstrated if for instance you enter a room and you can feel the tension in the air or you buy a car and suddenly you see that exact model everywhere you go.

Everyone on earth and in the universe emits energy to every direction. The energy is mixed with the other energys and creates complex patterns. In this matrix we send messages and other influences to each other.

The matrix affects everything, it creates wars, sickness, poverty or health, peace and wealth depending on the energy. The energy we emit is constantly interacting with everything else. As we get closer to something the energy between us intensify as we get farther from it the energy refines, however it’s never separated. There is a point between yourself and everything that exists, at this point the energys meet and create a third energy which is less dense.

the energys in the matrix are attracted to each other, its called the law of attraction. According to the law everything attracts what’s similar to it. Thoughts of certain kind attract thoughts of the same kind along the matrix. When enough of that energy is combined the vibrations become heavier, they slow down and some of it materializes. Thoughts can create physical form and when a lot of people think the same there is a very high probability that they will create a certain reality.

Global awareness of some kind can influence the entire world or only the range where these collective thoughts are powerful. The matrix pulls itself into itself, it pulls energy of some kind to energys of the same kind and it even attracts physical objects to each other. These objects must repel each other so that they won’t merge forever and actually won’t exist in their current form. That’s why although we are attracted to each other we eventually pull back.

Levels of creation

In life we always have three options:
1) To let our uncontrolled thoughts create our reality.
2) To let our aware thoughts create our reality.
3) To let global awareness create our reality.
We also create from three different levels: our consciousness, our subconscious and what can be called the superconscious. The superconscious is the consciousness of the soul.

rarely we create from all three simultaneously, usually we do it from one or two at a time. The three levels help explain what seem to be a contradiction. On the one hand we create our reality, all of it including our death. There is no such thing as a sudden death. On the other hand we don’t want what we call negative events in our lives.

We all know stories of healthy vibrant people, who were full of life and yet they died. If you will ask their friends they will tell you that they didn’t want to die, however God doesn’t decide when we will die. He lets us do that. God gave us free choice and the power to create our reality, he will not interfere even if our choices seem harmful.

We want to die when we achieved everything we came to achieve in this lifetime using this body. The decision to die comes from the superconscious level. Rarely we are conscious of it.

What we call negative events usually come from the subconscious and superconscious. There are no negative events every event servers our higher purpose which is to experience life and to experience ourselves in the highest form possible. Luck doesn’t exist and there are no coincidences, we create our own luck. Every experience helps our development. Sometimes in order to experience what you want you have to experience what you don’t want.

The purpose of life- Live your life to the fullest

What is the purpose of life?
contrary to what many believe life is not a school. Although souls do have specific lessons they want to experience each reincarnation.

Here is how it all started.
god wanted to experience himself as he is(love ,compassion,empathy etc) . He couldn’t do that in the state he was, because how can you know that you are loving if everything around you is love? Only if we experience fear or see other people experience it we can know that we are loving. So god divided himself into fractions, each fraction has the characteristics of the whole.Each fraction is like a drop of ocean. Then god created matter and all the dualities(good & bad, love & fear). As a result each fraction could know himself as he truly is and know all the other fractions.

In a way good needs as much as we need him.It’s through us that he can know himself and explore all of his facets and of course we need him for life itself, he gives us live every second.

Basically the purpose of life is never ending evolution. Each soul strives to raise it’s awareness and be fully present. The ultimate desire of the soul is to be enlightened, to be united with god on earth.

In addition each individual has a purpose in life, something he is willing to do even without getting paid something that fills him with joy.It’s up to us to find it.

Here is a technique that can be useful. Sit in a quite place make sure you won’t be disturbed. Then if you contemplate between two or more paths ask yourself how do you feel about a specific path? Then wait for an answer, an answer can come as a body sensation or an emotion.What ever it is listen to it even if you have doubts follow your intuition, because it will lead you further than you thought possible .
