The term refers to a skill taught within <strong>dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)</strong>, originally developed by Marsha M. Linehan to treat individuals with borderline personality disorder.
<p> today it&#8217;s used to help sexual abuse survivors, disordered eaters, and individuals suffering from mood disorders, self-injury, chemical dependencies, and other ailments.  DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques for emotion regulation with Buddhism-derived concepts such as tolerance, acceptance, and mindful awareness.</p>
<h3>Radically Accepting Yourself</h3>
<p>So, what does radical acceptance really mean to you?<br />
Everyone has problems.  Everyone has undergone some manner of suffering.  No matter the incident, what is small to one may be life-changing for another, and everyone’s suffering is valid.  This point alone may cause stumbling, but radical acceptance goes a step further.
<p>
By definition, radical acceptance means to let go of fighting reality and to accept one’s situation as it is.  This situation can range from being overweight to having cancer, from having fought with one’s significant other or being abandoned by a parent.  It takes into consideration the suffering we cause ourselves.  Most of us fumble day after day in what-ifs and I-wishes, trying to dip our toes in waters that are real nowhere but in our heads and hearts.  “My life has been full of terrible misfortunes,” Mark Twain said, “most of which never happened.”
<p>
Radical acceptance is not about washing away our cares and suffering by saying they don’t matter.  There is no judgment, only that it is.  Radical acceptance is saying, “Even though I have this problem, I deeply and completely accept myself.”<br />
This is no easy feat, but try it yourself.</p>
<h3>The Steps to Radical Acceptance</h3>
<p>Combine radical acceptance with a piece of <strong><a href="http://www.superenlightme.com/preliminary-videos-eft-basics">Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)</a></strong> involving nothing more than your hands.  EFT is a form of alternative psychotherapy that, whether through energy manipulation as proponents claim or the placebo effect as skeptics dismiss, can bring you closer to radical acceptance.
<p>
<span class="dro">1</span>	<strong>Either aloud or silently to yourself, say the affirmation:<br />
Even though I ____, I deeply and completely accept myself.</strong><br />
	Fill the blank with a problem you are currently facing, such as a fear, a craving, anger, etc.
<p>
<span class="dro">2</span>	Say the affirmation three times while tapping the fleshy part of the outside of your dominant hand between your wrist and the base of the little finger.  Use the tips of the index and middle fingers of your non-dominant hand to tap the point on your dominant hand.  The action will bring your focus to what is current and real, taking you farther away from your perceived problems.
<p>Follow these steps every day at least once, perhaps when you get out of bed or before you fall asleep, or each time you begin to feel a what-if or I-wish coming on.</p>

Health is the presence and perfect flow of life&#8217;s energy through our body. It&#8217;s living a full and satisfying life, It&#8217;s the ability to change and feel happy.
<p>
The energy itself can be called <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-point_energy">zero point energy</a>. It&#8217;s the energy that exists all around us although we can&#8217;t see it.
<p>
Each of us has an electromagnetic field around him, caused by the electricity in our body. Here is a short definition from <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_field">Wikipedia</a>:The electromagnetic field is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects. <strong>It affects the behavior of charged objects in the vicinity of the field.</strong><br />
The electromagnetic field extends <strong>indefinitely</strong> throughout space and describes the electromagnetic interaction. It is one of the four fundamental forces of nature.
<p>
<img src="http://www.superenlightme.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/chakras-215x300.jpg" alt="chakras" title="chakras" width="205" height="210" class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-1001" />Some call the field the aura. The aura is what helps us to feel when there is a person in a dark room with us, or to know when someone is sad without him saying so. Our aura has a structure it consists of several layers. Each layer has unique properties like color,location,lucidity and radiance.
<p>
The aura is actually created by the chakras. Chakra in Sanskrit means a wheel of light. We have seven main chakras in our body, their twirl creates the aura. The chakras are centers of energy. Below is a short description of each chakra.

<p> In the picture to the left  it&#8217;s easy to see the location of each chakra. Each chakra has a front and a back side. The front side is related to the emotions while the back side is related to the will.
<p>Each chakra controls certain areas in the body: The first chakra controls the spine and kidneys. The second chakra controls the reproduction system. The third controls the liver, nervous system, gall bladder and the stomach.<P> The fourth controls the heart, blood and the vagus nerve. The fifth controls the voice, lungs, esophagus and the bronchi system. The sixth controls the lower brain, left eye, ears, nose and the nervous system. The seventh chakra controls the upper brain and the right eye.
<p> The chakras can be open or closed. If they are opened it means that the flow of energy is in order. If a chakra is closed it means that there are psychological problems related to it, it means that the emotions, sensations and experiences that are controlled by the flow of energy through the chakra are not balanced.
<p>There is a simple way to check how the chakras operate. Using a pendulum. It doesn&#8217;t have to be something special, you can create a pendulum by tying something small to a thread. Once you made a pendulum hold it slightly above the chakra without touching the body and empty your mind.
<p> The pendulum should start moving: If it moves clockwise it means that the chakra is open ,if it&#8217;s counter clockwise it means it&#8217;s closed. The bigger the radius the more energy flows through it. If it doesn&#8217;t move at all it means the flow of energy is blocked, if it continues it will create a disease.
<p>An elliptical movement of the  pendulum indicates a lack of balance in the flow of energy between the left and the right side of the body, it also means that one side is stronger than the other.
<p> The right side represents the active side, male side, aggression or the yang. The left side represents the feminine side,passiveness or the yin of personality. If the pendulum tilts to the right when moving elliptically the person will probably act too aggressively when he should be more accepting and vice versa if it tilts to the left.
<p> If the pendulum moves vertically it means that the person is shifting the energy upwards and is avoiding personal involvement. If the pendulum moves horizontally the person repress and stifles his emotions to avoid personal involvement.
<p>
There are a few ways to improve the flow of energy through the chakras. Exercise is a great way, yoga in particular is recommended for the chakras. Here is a video of Chakra Clearing with Emotional Freedom Technique.<P>

<p>Even fear which is the opposite of love in it&#8217;s highest expression is a form of love. For instance when a mother is concerned about her son crossing the road alone she is expressing her love for him.</p>
<p>Though love is all there is usually it doesn&#8217;t feel like it. Currently anxiety is more prevalent than before and the majority of population has experienced it at least once in their life.</p>
<h3>Anxiety Symptoms</h3>
<p>Although anxiety is considered negative in many cases fear is useful and can even save your life. If it wasn&#8217;t for fear you wouldn&#8217;t know to stay away from a hot stove.</p>
<p>In the past it was essential that when we encounter a predator we could flee. So When we felt frightened our body entered a state called fight-or-flight. In this state our body works differently it allocates resources differently.</p>
<p>Among the symptoms of this response are:<br />
Dilation of blood vessels for muscles.<br />
Dilation of pupil.<br />
Inhibition of erection.<br />
Auditory Exclusion (loss of hearing).<br />
Tunnel Vision (loss of peripheral vision).<br />
Constriction of blood vessels in many parts of the body.<br />
Inhibition of stomach and intestinal action.<br />
Acceleration of heart and lung action.</p>
<p>Nowadays even though we don&#8217;t have predators every time we feel fear our body enters the same state. It happens because our nervous system can&#8217;t differentiate between real and imagined threats.</p>
<p>The negative aspects of this response may be:constipation,Diarrhea, difficulty maintaining sexual arousal. In more series cases it can result in chronic suppression of the immune system, leaving the sufferer vulnerable to infection by viruses and bacteria.</p>
<h3>Treating Anxiety</h3>
<p>It&#8217;s commonly know that we are born with only two fears, the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. All other anxieties are learned. But if we learn to fear we can also unlearn.</p>
<p>The first step is to acknowledge your fear. It&#8217;s important to distinguish between the feeling you feel and your personalty. If you say I&#8217;m a cowered it&#8217;s different than saying I feel afraid. In the first sentence you declare that the fear is a part of you. In the second version you state that you feel anxious <strong>now</strong>.</p>
<p>The second step is understanding what frightens you. Often we feel fear without knowing the source. Ask yourself what frightens me?</p>
<p>The third step is asking yourself what can you do about it? write down your answers. If you realize that there is nothing you can do then there isn&#8217;t a good reason to feel anxious. The whole purpose of the feeling is so that you can do something about it.</p>
<p>The final step is deciding what you are going to do and execute it.</p>
<p>Another great technique is simply to say the word love like a mantra. By repeating the word love you tune your energy and intention towards love.</p>

If you weren&#8217;t angry to begin with you would simply laugh or walk away when someone would try to irritate you.

Usually the reason people try to make you angry is so you do something like yell or curse them and then they can take their anger out without feeling guilty.
<p>
Once you understand that the other is only an excuse, meaning he isn&#8217;t the reason your angry ,and that he is actually helping you by showing you areas in yourself you need to work on, you could stop blaming others for your anger and forgive them for their behavior, because you will understand that they are doing this out of their own anger and pain.
<p>
when you feel anger don&#8217;t block it as a bad emotion,instead try to take it out in a healthy way like screaming,sports, or just hitting a pillow. All emotions have a natural place and when expressed are perfectly healthy,but if you stifle the anger it becomes rage.

Forgive others for hurting you, do it for yourself because anger and grief that kept inside create diseases. here is a similar video that helps with anger.
